Profile Welding System

The system is used for continuous welding in a profile roll forming line. It can be used on mild- and stainless steel, zinc coated steel and aluminum.
All movements of the welding heads are servo motor controlled. The angle of the welding head can be adjusted according to the need.
A separate material guiding support ensures precise positioning of the workpiece.
